PetSuites Dayton

My family loves PetSuites! I have two cats who have very different personalities, one is very outgoing and the other quite shy, and the staff always do a fantastic job of adjusting the playtimes to what each cat prefers. And the photo updates are always so cute! (A definite must if you are ever anxious about leaving your pet!) Barley and Ridley will always give great reviews for PetSuites Dayton! :)

They were so helpful and accommodating for us! We’ve boarded our older dog once before and everything went great that time, we even signed up for a bath before we got him and he came back looking extra handsome and with a cute bandana too! This was the first time for our younger one and she’s been having some severe health issues as of recently and on the day we were about to drop them off and head out, she had a flare up. We called to let them know what issues we were having and they let us do a little trail run before we fully left to make sure nothing else would happen, they even went the extra step to wave the fee for that first day too! We decided to sign up for the pawgress reports this time and it was definitely worth it. If your dog has any health issues or you just wanna see a pic or two of them while you’re gone, I definitely suggest signing up for them! They were able to text us pics of them here and there and we were able to text them whenever (during their work shift) to get updates on how they were behaving/eating/and playing so it was such a weight lifted off of our chests! Our pups also have issues playing with toys (they’re perfectly fine playing together without any) and sometimes eating together but they find a lot of comfort in being close to one another, so they were able to get two kennel spots across from one another for them! We were also able to bring in their beds and a couple of toys from home for them and they kept them all with the pups and went above and beyond to make sure they would be comfy for their stay! Traffic on the way back got to us as well so we were able to easily text them to let them know we wouldn’t be able to pick them up the night we were supposed to be back and they were completely okay with it and said we could get them the next day! If you’re considering going to this pet hotel, please know your sweet babies will be in amazing hands. They’re all so kind, thoughtful and helpful! We will definitely be going back for our next trip(s) in the future!! *The pics I’m adding in are from the ones that they sent us from the pawgress reports*

I have been taking my oldest dog here for a couple years and recently starting taking my puppy for puppy preschool. I love the daily "paw-gress reports"! I didn't even know I would get those, I boarded my oldest when he was a puppy at a different petsuites in puppy preschool and I did not receive any updates on him despite it being advertised (and he was attending 5 days a week and I received maybe 1 on his first day of preschool) so I didn't have expectations on updates. From this petsuites I get one everyday I drop them off! They are continually a welcome surprise and I thank you for your attention to detail when it comes to caring for my babies!

I’ve brought my dog here for years for boarding and grooming, and they always provide the best service! This past visit, my large, elderly girl tracked in some snow, causing her to slip and splay out. Literally everyone came rushing over to help (even out of the grooming area) — first, dragging over a rug and sliding her onto it, and then giving her all kinds of love and encouragement until she felt okay to stand up. It brought tears to my eyes to see the genuine concern! Then, when I picked her up after her grooming, not only did she look her best, but she was so happy and walked with a strut. It can be nerve wracking when you have to drop off your beloved pet, and before this last visit, I was already impressed with their overall service. However, now I understand just how wonderful the team is and am thankful we can count on them.

Our dog Lilah has been coming to this location for years and the staff here are always super friendly and kind to Lilah. She's older and has seizures but they're sure to take notes on her behavior and she's not had a seizure there a single time.❤️ She got a bath and nail trim this time around and she was just lovely as ever coming home. We can always tell she's had a great time!
